THIRD VIDEO RELEASED UNDER THE BRIDGEWAT PROJECT
The Institute for Protection and Ecology of the Republic of Srpska has released the third video as part of the European project BRIDGEWAT – BRIDGing Communities for SustainablE WATers, implemented within the framework of the iMERMAID initiative – Innovative solutions for Mediterranean Ecosystem Remediation via Monitoring and decontamination from Chemical Pollution.
The video, titled “Science Against Pollution”, highlights the importance of integrating science into the processes of detecting, monitoring, and responding to chemical water pollution. Through brief but impactful messages, it showcases the potential of modern research tools and technological solutions for environmental protection.
The aim of this video is to emphasize the importance of a scientific approach in addressing pollution challenges, especially in the context of cooperation between institutions, industry, and the education sector. The conveyed messages promote the development of a society that recognizes the role of science in building a sustainable future and protecting natural resources.
BRIDGEWAT is part of the EU Mission Restore our Ocean and Waters, and this video marks a continuation of the Institute’s communication activities aimed at raising awareness about the importance of science in water ecosystem management.
