ISO 9001
Since 2005, the Institute has implemented an International Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 standards. Over time, the system was aligned with the quality management requirements of ISO 9001:2008. Annually, control and recertification of the standard are conducted in compliance with the quality management system requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Certification is carried out by the Swiss certification body SGS.
The Institute successfully implements and maintains a quality management system, continuously improving its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of this international standard. During recertification, the high level of standard implementation and quality of work at the Institute was confirmed.
The ISO 9001:2000 standard requires documented procedures for: document management, record management, internal audits, nonconformity control, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
The primary policy of the Institute's quality management system under ISO 9001:2015 is:
- Increasing efficiency and effectiveness through the acquisition of modern equipment,
- Achieving sustainability, development, and growth primarily through self-improvement,
- Continuous employee training through structured programs,
- Regularly reviewing the quality system to implement continuous improvements in work processes using corrective and preventive measures,
- Performing preventive maintenance based on the determined condition of equipment,
- Maintaining working conditions within established limits,
- Constantly enhancing motivation and communication to higher levels,
- Increasing customer satisfaction through quality, reliability, competitive pricing, and timely delivery of our services.
The secondary policy of the Institute's quality management system under ISO 9001:2015 is:
- Increasing efficiency and effectiveness through the development and improvement of the quality management system in accordance with the standard,
- Openness to collaboration with all interested parties (customers, employees, and the community) to enhance the quality management system,
- Improving customer perception of our services through honesty, courtesy, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement,
- Monitoring competitors' achievements and reporting to the director,
- Capturing new markets and regaining lost ones through extraordinary and additional efforts,
- Researching market needs for existing services and exploring possibilities for introducing new services,
- Analyzing the state of competitive services and comparing them with our own,
- Developing and adopting new management methods and work process organization with the help of consultants,
- Performing preventive maintenance based on the determined condition of equipment,
- Maintaining working conditions within established limits,
- Integrating financial planning and analysis into work processes,
- Training and monitoring staff in accordance with procedures defined by the standard,
- Conducting staff training to accept, maintain, and improve the quality management system.
The subject of the Quality Management System certification at the Institute pertains to:
- Development and implementation of scientific research projects. Education, consulting, laboratory testing, and provision of other services in the fields of ecology and environmental protection; occupational health and safety; fire, explosion, and disaster protection, and related areas.
