SECOND BRIDGEWAT PROJECT VIDEO RELEASED
The Institute for Protection and Ecology of the Republic of Srpska proudly announces the release of the second video as part of the European project BRIDGEWAT – BRIDGing Communities for SustainablE WATers, implemented under the iMERMAID initiative – Innovative solutions for Mediterranean Ecosystem Remediation via Monitoring and decontamination from Chemical Pollution.
This video, symbolically titled “Water Bridges: Connecting Communities for Sustainability,” highlights the importance of cooperation between science, education, industry, and local communities in water protection and improved chemical pollution management. Its message reflects the core mission of the project: building bridges of knowledge, trust, and joint action to preserve our waters.
Through dynamic scenes and participants' messages, the video captures the spirit of a project that connects people and ideas to achieve environmental sustainability. Special emphasis is placed on youth, innovative tools, and institutional engagement, supporting the development of a society that recognizes and responds to environmental protection challenges.
BRIDGEWAT is part of the EU Mission Restore our Ocean and Waters, and the Institute proudly continues its activities promoting collaboration, education, and the application of scientific solutions in the protection of aquatic ecosystems.
